Weekend wrap-up

Lesson learned from stuff that i read or watch in this weekend.

 Why is a minute divided into 60 seconds, an hour into 60 minutes, yet there are only 24 hours in a day?

i’m suprised with the fact that not all minutes contain 60 seconds. but, at rate about eight per decade actually contain 61 seconds.

 What is Bitcoin? and  What is Bitcoin mining?

I think Bitcoin is good idea for transaction on the internet, but in the other side not all people know it. for example in my country, there are still rare online marketplace using bitcoin.

bitcoin is free, yah absolutely free. how about the wallet? yeah the wallet is free too. but, what your feeling if you save your money on “the wallet” that you doesn’t know that the wallet is secure. you have no idea how your wallet works. it’s feel strange right? i mean it’s doesn’t same with the conventional wallet, “The Wallet in the real world”.

7 points lesson learned:

1. mostly, a founder create their starup based on personal problem
2. startup are mainly about finding the right problem and then solving them, somehow
3. dont’t spend to much time designing something for a month, fo a year. beacause, basicly you are doing nothing for your customer.
4. just build the things and launch it, so user can actually use. that way you learn and find the right problem.
5. it’s better to do something other than thinking about it.
6. feedback is important
7. in startup, you need just todo things maybe your design not the right one or perfect one. do it anyway and you will find out and you don’t spend to much on things that doesn’t work.

 Writing Is Thinking

some quote i grab from those great article. when read through this article, i feel some “Aha” moment, the writer told that “Starting with something messy”. i already start with that. before publish blog post like this, i’m allways write all stuff inside my head and then re-read again and again, some times delete on messy word, correcting phrase and sometime i’m using google translate to make sure that i’m not write the wrong thing.

you know.. actually i’m not english native, i’m speak Bahasa everyday. but, the facts are peoples on the internet allways communicate with text based and mainly using english. so communication based on text is the key to share my ideas to other people. i know, maybe if you are english native, think that my blog post is messy. but, i allways trying for better communicate with english.
